Bacca Bucci offers a warranty on its products against manufacturing defects. The warranty period and terms may vary depending on the specific product purchased. Typically, the warranty period for Bacca Bucci shoes is one month from the date of purchase.

During the warranty period, we will repair or replace the defective product at no charge, provided that the defect is not a result of normal wear and tear, misuse, or abuse of the product. The warranty does not cover accidental damage or damage caused by improper use or care of the product.

To claim warranty service, customers need to email us the order number and image of the defective product at crm@baccabucci.com. Upon receiving the package, our customer care executive will inspect the product and determine whether it is covered under warranty. If the defect is covered under warranty, we will provide a repair or replacement according to the terms of the warranty.
